We are excited to include Lagana's artisan pasta in our Locavore Boxes for the first time this week. Handcrafted in Seattle using only Semolina Flour and water, this pasta is made using traditional methods. The dough is extruded through bronze dies and gives the pasta an intentionally rough surface, allowing sauces to better cling to the pasta.
